My own path to becoming a health coach began during college when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I felt frustrated and hopeless, as nothing that I tried seemed to make a difference. It wasn’t until I switched to focus on diet and lifestyle shifts I started to see a difference. I developed a deep personal interest in nutrition, fitness, and holistic wellness practices. Over the years, I've immersed myself in learning about the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in achieving overall wellness. Through formal education and hands-on experience, I've cultivated a comprehensive approach to health coaching that blends evidence-based strategies with personalized guidance.
